Simezu is software developed and maintained by Atypisch. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2. No SLA on free tier

No service level agreement (SLA) applies to any free or self-hosted instance of Simezu. Atypisch makes reasonable efforts to maintain availability and fix defects, but does not guarantee uptime, response times, or issue resolution timelines for non-commercial use.

3. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Atypisch be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the software, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, except as required by applicable law.

4. Third-party integrations

Simezu may integrate with third-party services (e.g. payment providers). Atypisch is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of those services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply.
