Software provided as-is
SIMEZU is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Atypisch makes reasonable effort to keep the platform secure and available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
No SLA on the free tier
No service level agreement applies to any free tier. Availability commitments, where offered, are set out in your subscription agreement.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Atypisch be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the use of, or inability to use, SIMEZU, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
Third-party integrations
SIMEZU may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers (Mollie, Stripe, PayPal). Atypisch is not responsible for the availability, terms or conduct of those third parties.
