Terms of service
The agreement between you and Atypisch for use of SIMEZU. By creating an account or connecting an app you accept these terms.
The service
SIMEZU provides authentication, AI-agent identity, payments and environment management as a hosted platform. SIMEZU itself runs only for the Atypisch ecosystem; the white-label edition is KIMEZU, governed by its own agreement.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and MFA secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, probe or attempt to circumvent the platform, its rate limits or its security. We operate active defenses and a tamper-evident audit log. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms; a removal cascades across connected apps and groups.
Payments and fees
Subscriptions and per-transaction fees are shown before you commit. Each app sets its own plans; SIMEZU applies a platform fee and its own fee per the published split. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their terms.
Availability
We work to keep SIMEZU available and secure but provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Atypisch is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under Dutch law.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes are announced in advance. These terms are governed by Dutch law, with disputes before the competent court in the Netherlands.
